TikTok LIVE team’s mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

Role:
As part of the US LIVE Operations Team, the US Influencer Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that TikTok LIVE has a stable supply of Live-focused content creators for the US region. This role will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring top Live creators as well as building programs and activations to deepen the relationship with existing top Live creators.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow a stable supply of Live content creators by sourcing, acquiring, and onboarding high potential creator talent to the TIkTok LIVE ecosystem
  • Act as the bridge between creators and the TikTok LIVE Operations team to help identify ways to improve the Live experience as well as communicate key messages and initiatives on an 1-to-few basis
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and direction on creator development strategies
  • Lead and project manage key programs and events that support the Live creator ecosystem

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA and 2+ years of experience working in creator management (UGC content creators and influencers, entertainment celebrities, high profile artists and tastemakers), community management, or partner management with demonstrated ability to manage partnership and relationships
  • Strong understanding of the intricacies of 1 to 1 and 1 to few relationship building between tech platforms and creators
  • Experience in negotiation and deal making
  • Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
  • Creative mindset and thought process that’s focused on teaching creators how to grow and thrive
  • Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80000 - $170000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
