Job Summary:

As the Content Marketing Manager at Elase, you will be responsible for creating and executing a high-quality content marketing strategy to attract new customers, engage existing ones, and drive lead generation. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional writing skills, proficiency in marketing automation tools like HubSpot, and a deep understanding of our industry and target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar and channel plan.
  • Craft content that serves a clear purpose for specific audience segments.
  • Create engaging copy that aligns with our brand voice and messaging.

Email Marketing:

  • Build and manage advanced email drip campaigns.
  • Set up automation to deliver personalized content.
  • Segment audiences effectively for targeted messaging.
  • Build emails in our point of sales, Zenoti, for follow-up email communications to clients

Blog & Landing Page Management:

  • Run and oversee our blog, collaborating with providers for relevant and educational content.
  • Develop and produce blog content to drive customer acquisition.
  • Optimize blog content for SEO and integrate it into our SEM strategy.
  • Support the setup of landing page templates in Hubspot for lead generation.
  • Suggest suitable topics and keywords for SEO-oriented blog content
  • Maintain an organized approach to content development, automation, and optimization.
  • Make final optimizations before blog content is launched.
  • Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies for landing pages.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing department, including the social media manager, national clinic marketer, and providers.
  • Collaborate on copywriting and strategy for various marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with agencies as needed to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the team on various growth marketing strategies and functions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to evaluate content performance.
  • Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting on channel metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in developing and executing digital marketing and content strategies.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Basic HTML skills for landing pages and email campaigns (desirable).
  • Knowledge of the med spa or health and wellness industry (a bonus).
  • Strong grammar and editing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative, adaptable, and driven with a can-do attitude.
  • Salary $80,000-$100,000
