ABOUT YOU:

This role is a member of the Marketing team, which leverages digital marketing strategies and tactics and executes across a variety of consumer touchpoints on jostens.com, social, e-mail and print materials, collaborating with internal partners to create relevant and timely marketing campaigns to meet the needs of our customers. This leader engages in social content creation and publishing, contributes to the development and operation of influencer and ambassador programs, conducts relevant research and produces reports, participates in moderation and listening activities, and works with user generated content.

  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Technical skills. Proficiency in MS Office suite, as well as key Social Media Platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok & Snapchat (samples required).
  • Influencer and Ambassador Campaigns experience with proven success creating multi-channel campaigns. Ability to exercise sound and appropriate judgement when engaged in social media conversation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently on multiple projects with tight deadlines. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a commitment to providing premium customer service.
  • Great communication skills. Ability to present and communicate creatively and in an engaging manner.
  • Experience. 4-6 years’ experience in social media and demonstrated passion for the social media space.
  • Preferred. BA/BS in marketing, communications, or related with basic understanding of Google Analytics, or other web analytical tools, Photoshop, and InDesign.

YOU WILL:

  • Support Influencer & Ambassador Program by assisting in the development of the influencer & ambassador strategies, partnering with marketing leads to utilize influencers & ambassadors to meet business objectives. Provide recommendations for influencer and ambassador programs, and lead the execution of day-to-day tasks.
  • Manage the coordination of Agency SOW and deliverables and be an ambassador Recruitment and Retention.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to create innovative and integrated social media campaigns. Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies and campaigns focused on increasing brand awareness, customer engagement and driving traffic to the Jostens.com website.
  • Report on Ambassador and Influencer performance trends & best practices.
  • Research emerging social media networks & effective digital marketing campaigns (retail + related competitive sectors).
  • Strengthen. Identify user generated content, ask for permissions & identify sharing opportunities across all digital channels.
  • Travel. Typical/Expected % Of Overnight Travel: Less than one week/year = <2%
